Feasibility study is a special branch of research sponsored by potential investors to help decide about technical soundness and financial profitability of their future investment. Instead of diving into a project and hoping for the best, a feasibility study acts as a precursor for the potential investors to investigate the possible negative and positive outcomes of a project before investing precious resources to it. Systematic quantitative and qualitative data are collected and analyzed to recommend decision options for the investment vis-à-vis risks and returns associated against each. PCSL has done a few such studies including in the Real State sector.
